Add one or more companies. This Manager will only see these companies' opportunities. Leave empty to keep access to ALL companies.
A Manager can always create and edit opportunities. Import, Export and Delete are granted here. Only the Administrator can remove Partner Company users.
Passwords are stored as one-way hashes — nobody can read them, not even the administrator. The last Administrator account cannot be removed.
Custom Fields
Create fields and group them into sections (like a Salesforce page layout). Drag ≡ to reorder fields and sections. Fields appear as columns in the table and are included automatically in the JSON, CSV and PDF exports.
Sections
Sections group fields on the opportunity form with a light gray panel and a title. Drag the ≡ handle to reorder. Fields without a section appear under "General".
New Custom Field
Define the field type. Options below only apply to Picklist / Dropdown.
Import CSV
Upload a CSV exported by this system (delimiter ; or , detected automatically, UTF-8 BOM supported). Existing rows are appended; rows without a Supplier are skipped.
